Perfectionism is a construct that robs us of our beautiful complexity and puts us in inauthentic boxes. Anxiety, paranoia, dysphoria, and depression are fed by negative self thought and comparison. You are enough. We are meant to change, evolve, and learn by living. Do this meditation in remembrance of what is the truth and not of what is “perfect”.
